Teaching Fellowship Breaking of the Bread

Our Beliefs

The Huntsdale Church of the Brethren was established in the early 1800's. Located on the hill at the top of Church Road, it stands as a witness of the love of God to the community.

Like their Anabaptist founders who established the Church of the Brethren, the members and friends of the Huntsdale Church of the Brethren strive to be a New Testament Church.

In every way it is their goal to show forth the love of Jesus in all that they say and do.

After the pattern of The New Testament Church described in the book of Acts, "They devote themselves to teaching, and to fellowship, to breaking of the bread, and prayer."  (Acts 2:42)

As this congregation seeks to continue the work of Jesus, Peacefully, Simply, Together, the Lord is adding to their number, the congregation continues to grow, and their joy continues to overflow to the community and beyond.
